Spring is not just a time of life and growth, it's also the time for Spring Cleaning. At Fiyo, we'll be performing a thorough stress-test of our new operating system. The new system should help us provide better service to you in the upcoming future. Unfortunately, however, this means we cannot respond to phone or e-mails, while shipping of orders will be limited.
Customer Service Will Be Offline
Our Customer Service department will not be able to answer any calls regarding orders, product requests or other questions. We will be at your full service again on Tuesday, and of course, you can still send us e-mails which we will look at first thing the next working day. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
During the systems test, we, unfortunately, cannot ship any orders. Orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. They will, unfortunately, have a one day delay. We will do our utmost to ship your orders as fast as we can.
