Orders that we supply from our own stock will be delivered quickly as stated. You will receive a track and trace code with your order so you can track the progress. For products that are not in stock, they will need to be ordered through our suppliers. This can sometimes cause a further delay of approx. 10 working days. We hope this does not cause you any inconveniences.

If you have received the wrong order, you may return it free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with the product itself, then the product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. In this case, the cost of shipping is your responsibility.

To guarantee our fast delivery times, we work very hard to dispatch orders quickly. Therefore, it is not always possible to cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible, and we can try to make the arrangements.
