Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

At Fiyo we 're committed to making sure you have the right product for your device. Nevertheless, mistakes happen and we understand that sometimes products need to be returned; whether they are damaged, no longer required or you simply ordered the wrong product, it is possible to exchange the product or return it to us. The returns process is explained below.

At Fiyo, you can exchange your products or cancel the purchase completely within 14 days after you received the products. If you decide to return or exchange the product, it is important that the product is:

  • complete;

  • (if possible) in the original packaging, and with the original labels;

For products that have been damaged or are incomplete, depending on the value of what's left of the product, you will be charged additional costs.

The following items cannot be exchanged an/or replaced:


  • Items that are damaged or incomplete

  • Modules and circuit boards

  • Items customized to your specifications

The shipping costs of the returns are as follows:

  • If it was your mistake: You cover the costs

  • If Fiyo is responsible for the mistake: Fiyo will cover the costs (by way of a full refund)

Regardless of whether the mistake was yours or ours, we always try to help you as efficiently and quickly as possible. The full purchase amount, as well as any (default) shipping charges, will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your return request.
