Return process

In the following, we will explain the return process in 6 steps. Starting on the day of receiving your order, you have 30 days to request a return for a product free of charge.

How do I return a product?

  1. Request your return here

  2. Pack the product securely in a box and add the return form to the box

  3. After your return request has been approved by us, we will have to arrange your parcel's collection with Parcel Force

  4. We will get in touch with you for this purpose, as soon as your request is approved

  5. After we have received the return shipment, you will get a confirmation email

  6. The amount due will be transferred to your account within 10 working days

  • If you want to return a product, you will have to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product

  • After requesting the return, you have 14 days to dispatch the product

  • The product that will be returned needs to be complete and in its original condition

  • Products that have been especially made for you, e.g. a customised glass shelf, cannot be returned

  • When your return has been delivered to us, the condition of the product(s) will be checked. If everything is fine, we will refund the amount due (including potential shipping costs) within 10 working days

At Fiyo, you can exchange your products or cancel the purchase completely within 30 days after you received the products. If you decide to return or exchange the product, it is important that the product is:

  • complete;

  • (if possible) in the original packaging, and with the original labels;

For products that have been damaged or are incomplete, depending on the value of what's left of the product, you will be charged additional costs.

The following items cannot be exchanged an/or replaced:


  • Items that are damaged or incomplete

  • Modules and circuit boards

  • Items customized to your specifications

Regardless of whether the mistake was yours or ours, we always try to help you as efficiently and quickly as possible. The full purchase amount, as well as any (default) shipping charges, will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your return request.

For products that have been damaged or are incomplete, depending on the value of what's left of the product, you will be charged additional costs.
