Due to logistical problems, it is currently not possible to ship to the UK and/or Ireland. However, it is possible to ship your order to another country.

Return process

Below, we explain the return process in 6 simple steps. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return your product. After the return request, you must return the order within 14 days.

How do I return a product?

  1. You can register your return here.

  2. Pack the item in a sturdy box. This prevents the original packaging of the product from being damaged. Unfortunately, if damaged, the product can no longer be sold.

  3. Add the return form in the box.

  4. Upon approval of your return request, you will receive an email with the instructions to return your parcel

  5. Drop off your package at a post office of Royal Mail.

  6. After we have received the return shipment, you will get a confirmation email.

  • You must request a return for the product within 30 days of receipt.

  • After requesting the return, you must send the product back to us within 14 days.

  • The product must be returned complete and in its original condition.

  • We cannot accept returns of items purchased for personal care, of which the original packaging has been opened.

  • After receipt, we assess the return shipment.

  • After a positive assessment, we automatically refund the amount to the account with which you paid within 10 working days.

Are you not happy with your order or did you order an incorrect part?

We do not always refund the shipping costs. The shipping costs will be deducted as return costs from the amount that we refund. These costs are equal to the shipping costs (£5.99)

In case you want to return a part of your order or the entire order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

  • When returning a part of the order: The return costs will be deducted from the returned items. You’ll receive a partial refund of the items.

  • When returning the entire order: The previously paid shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded as return costs. You will then only receive the amount of the returned items.

  • If you don’t use our return label, the postage costs can quickly add up to £15. Obviously, in this case we won’t charge you any returns costs

    Pay attention!
    This only applies if you have returned your entire order. When only returning a part of your order at your own expense, we won’t refund the previously paid shipping costs back. We will not reimburse the additional costs you have made at all times.

    Did we make a mistake? Then we will gladly solve this for you!
    You can return the faulty part free of charge. We will ensure that you’ll receive the correct part or, if desired, we’ll issue a refund of the purchase amount.
