Return process

Below, we explain the return process in 5 simple steps. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return your product. After the return request, you must return the order within 14 days.

How do I return a product?

  1. You can register your return here.

  2. Add the return form in the box.

  3. Wrap the box in a plastic bag (e.g. garbage bag). This will prevent the original packaging from being damaged. In case of damage, the product is unfortunately no longer salable.

  4. After your return request has been approved by us, you will receive a shipping label. Stick this on the plastic bag.

  5. Drop off your package at a post office of Royal Mail.

  6. After we have received the return shipment, you will get a confirmation email


  • You must request a return for the product within 30 days of receipt

  • After requesting the return, you must send the product back to us within 14 days

  • The product must be returned complete and in its original condition

  • Products that are especially made at your request cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to customized glass plates

  • After receipt, we assess the return shipment.

  • After a positive assessment, we automatically refund the amount to the account with which you paid within 10 working days.

The shipping costs are deducted as return costs from the amount that we refund.
