Return process

Below, we explain the return process in 6 simple steps. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return your product. After the return request, you must return the order within 14 days.

How do I return a product?

  1. You can register your return here.

  2. Repack the item in the original shipping box / postbag. This way you prevent the packaging of the article from getting damaged. In case of damage, the product is unfortunately no longer salable.

  3. Add the return form in the box.

  4. Upon approval of your return request, you will receive an email with the instructions to create a return label. Stick this on the shipping box / postbag.

  5. Drop off your package at a post office of Royal Mail.

  6. After we have received the return shipment, you will get a confirmation email.


  • You must request a return for the product within 30 days of receipt.

  • After requesting the return, you must send the product back to us within 14 days.

  • The product must be returned complete and in its original condition.

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, of which the original packaging has been opened.

  • After receipt, we assess the return shipment.

  • After a positive assessment, we automatically refund the amount to the account with which you paid within 10 working days.

No, the shipping costs are deducted as return costs from the amount that we refund. The return costs are equal to the shipping costs. If we did not do this, you as a customer would pay shipping costs twice. 1 time when placing the order and 1 time when returning it to us. So you would pay £ 5.99 2 times while you now only pay £ 5.99 1 time as return costs. If you would arrange the return yourself, so that you do not use a return label from Fiyo, it can easily cost double (€ 16.00), but you will receive the shipping costs of your order back.
Please note: with an order of multiple items of which you only return a part, you will of course not receive the shipping costs back. Then we will deduct the £ 5.99 in return costs from the purchase price of the returned item(s).
